Fresh care, inside & out.
Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how YY Lab collects, uses and protects your personal information when you shop with us or use our website. By using our services you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment details when you place an order or create an account. We may also collect information automatically as you browse, including your device, browser type and pages viewed.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, manage your account, respond to enquiries, provide customer support, and — where you have agreed — send you updates about our products and offers. We also use data to improve our website and services.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping bag working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not work as intended if you do.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as payment processors and delivery partners — and only as needed to fulfil your order, or where required by law.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details on this page.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we work to safeguard your data at every step.
Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the YY Lab website and the purchase of our products. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Product Use
Our products are intended for personal use and should be used only as directed. Please read all labels, instructions and any precautions provided with each product before use. Results may vary from person to person.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout through the available payment methods before an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
3. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is received, we will begin processing it. An order confirmation does not guarantee availability; if an item is unavailable we will contact you and arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.
4. Shipping
We ship to eligible destinations as described on our Shipping & Return page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address you provided.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Return policy. Please review that policy for eligibility, timelines and the steps to request a return before contacting us.
6. Disclaimer
Our products and website content are provided for general purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YY Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
